This 4-week package provides holistic, nutrition-based support for women recovering from miscarriage. With a focus on rebuilding strength, restoring hormonal balance, and gently nourishing the womb, this package includes personalised consultations, a custom food plan, healing recipes, weekly check-ins, and optional organic meals freshly prepared by IBK’s Kitchen.
