Date Sugar

Our date sugar is made  with 100% organic dried dates, our date sugar is far less processed than other popular sugars and retains the high fibre content of the fruit, which is an added benefit of using date sugar.

Dates are alkaline  and provide potassium, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium and vitamin B6. From the date palm tree, they are easily digested and help metabolize proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Dates are naturally low glycemic index, great for regulating blood sugar levels.
